The internal wall lining is manufactured with a minimal environmental
impact as it has a low embodied energy and an excellent lifespan.
Plasterboard gives a smooth, strong and lasting finish for the walls.
It can be installed simply, quickly and at a low cost. Plasterboard is
naturally fire resistant as the core material does not burn or support
combustion. Plasterboard is a stable building material when subjected
to a normal range of air temperatures and humidity.
Conserve Energy
Painting the walls on the inside of the house with light colours tends
to reflect the light that enters into the building. This helps to distribute
the day lighting inside the building and reduces the demand for electric
lighting during the day.
